Shipping policy

FOR DIGITAL PRODUCT:

When you check out any digital files, you will receive a separate e-mail with download link.
If you do not receive your follow-up e-mail with your digital files, please contact:

and we will be more than happy to assist you by re-sending the download links.
Also please make sure to enter a correct e-mail for a smooth transaction!

FOR MARCHANDISE:

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.

Billy J are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by carriers (USPS, USP, etc)
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

Fulfillment time is 1-4 business days. 
(Business Days, by definition, does not include weekends and holidays.)

Which means we will pack and get your order ready within 1-3 business days.

This is NOT a shipping & delivering time. 
Once packages are dispatched, Billy J does not hold any control.
For any issues (delays, address changes, etc) please contact the carrier.
Billy J does not hold any responsibility for delayed, stolen packages once it is dispatched from our fulfillment facility.

US ORDERS

Billy J use USPS or UPS to ship your order (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method).
This can take anywhere between 2-10 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).

Billy J does not hold any responsibility for delayed, stolen packages once it is dispatched from our fulfillment facility. 
* If your package is damaged by carrier, please contact them to receive refund on your items. 
* If your package is missing, please contact them to receive refund on your items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Billy J uses USPS or UPS to ship your order (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.

Billy J does not hold any responsibility for delayed, stolen packages once it is dispatched from our fulfillment facility. 
* Billy J does not hold any responsibility to customs fees
( customs fees: international shipping pointing to the dutiesfees or taxes charged on items being shipped from one country to another.)

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (1-4 business days). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email & tracking number if available.
